I have been connecting the dots for people buying and selling real estate in the Ojai Valley for over 25 years. Consistently the top producing realtor in the Ojai Valley, I focus on working closely with clients and finding creative solutions to challenging problems. Building positive and lasting relationships is the secret to my success.

My goal is always to match people and property so that everyone in the transaction is happy. I am proud to represent some of the grandest properties in Ojai and I specialize in unique architectural homes. I am equally enthusiastic to represent family homes, commercial property and buildable lots. When presenting properties to potential buyers I can draw on my many years of experience in the Ojai Valley, which allows me to make informed comparisons of uniqueness, value, neighborhoods and potential for expansion.

I also love to represent buyers. It is always a great joy for me find just the right match, where the energetic signature of the home resonates with the emotional blueprint of my client. Finding the ideal property for a buyer and helping them through the process to make it theirs is one of the best aspects of my profession. The right home brings peace to one’s mind and heart.

As the top producing realtor of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in Ojai (formerly Coldwell Banker Property Shoppe) I have an excellent team providing top-of-the-line marketing and continuous support for all aspects of each transaction.

I have been the President of the non-profit organization Lotus Outreach International (lotusoutreach.org) for 15 years. Lotus Outreach provides education and support for thousands of at-risk girls in India and Cambodia.

I am also on the Board of the Ojai Playwright’s Conference (ojaiplays.org) which has been supporting creative voices in the Ojai Valley since 1998. OPC began as a local community effort to provide a forum for play development and has grown into a nationally acclaimed new play development program.

My two children grew up in Ojai and I have a great sense of the schools here. This valley is an idyllic place to raise children. Access to both nature and major metropolitan cities makes the location hard to beat.
